Action | Revise Guidelines for Counting Income Toward SNAP Eligibility |

So far, all comments except two are clamoring for counting the income of illegal aliens. If we count the income then we should include them in the household size. Right now we prorate the income but we do not include them in the zise of the household thereby reducing the benefit of the household. Every one except the two comments are missing the fact that we are penalizing the legitimate household by reducing the benefit because we are prorating and including the income of the illegals. Why are all focusing on the illegals and not on the legitimate household whose benefits are reduced? Are we using the SNAP program to penalize househjold with illegals?
