I firmly support the move to ammend  Virginia State Forest Regulation 4VAC10-30-170, and allow for law-abiding, permit carrying Virginians to exercise the freedom, which they enjoy elsewhere in the commonwealth, to carry a concealed weapon in state forests.  This freedom is one that Virginians already acknowledge to be consistant with the safety of of her residents, and thus should not be denied to those residents that are recreating in Virginia's state forests.
