There is no doubt that concealed carry should be allowed in State Forest.  The chances that someone might attack you where there are no witnesses is greater than in a populated area where there may be nearby witnesses. Also it's less chance that  authorities will be available in a timely manner should you need help. It's a shame that many people in our current society have no respect for other peoples' lives and their only concern is to obtain money or gratification at our expense. For this reason there needs to be an equalizer, unfortunately  that  is a gun.
