I urge you to amend the Department of Forestry's administrative code and to support the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding Virginians allowing concealed carry of firearms in State Forest areas following Virginia State laws.

Law abiding citizens who have legitimate concealed carry permits are not the ones you need to worry about.  The criminal who does not have a permit is the one that you need to worry about.  The criminals are the ones that will be carrying for the purpose of committing their crimes.  Law abiding citizens with carry permits only do so to protect themselves and their family from the criminal element.
