I am of the opinionthat carry of firearms in the state forests should be legal, both for concealed carry permit holders and open carriers.  The right to carry firearms in one's own defense should not be subject to administrative fiat.  Legal behaviors should not become illegal just by crossing the line of the state forest.  Open carry should extend to the state forests.
