I support the change to allow concealed carry with a permit.  I also want the change to include OPEN CARRY of a firearm WITHOUT a permit.  Open carry, with no permit required, has been the law of the land in Virginia for a very long time.  I see no reason not to extend or assimilate this law in state forests.
