Action | 2015 Voter Registration Application Regulation and Form Update |

Dear Sir/Madam:
Do not change the Virginia voter registration form! We need to keep the requirement that applicants affirm that they are citizens and/or have not had their right to vote taken away.
Removing this certification could lead to folks receiving voting rights in error. Do not weaken the voter registration form! Applicants SHOULD have to affirm that they are citizens of the United States and the Commonwealth of Virginia and haven't had their right to vote revoked. Removing this certification could lead to election fraud.
Leaving the voter registration form as it is will protect the vote and insure that only legally qualified voters can vote. Thank you.
