Legislating sensitivy is a mistake.

Teaching, informing, communicating is among the highest forms of human behavior.

Our schools are THE PLACE to take up the question of sensitive materials. There is no way to categorize what is "sensitive" material in a free society. What is insensitive to one is inconsequential to another. To make teachers or schools responsible for censoring every possible "sensitive" subject out of a curriculum will result in censoring not educating students in ways to contend with a diverse environment.

Please reject this proposal because it is too vague. There are already guidelines regarding sexual matters in school and to broaden this restrictive environment to "sensitive" matters will promote schools where teachers are muzzled and students are less educated.
