Action | Revise Guidelines for Counting Income Toward SNAP Eligibility |

I support this change as it truly discriminates against US citizens who have income and who are applying for SNAP benefits. Example: US citizen household of 4 countable income = $2600 would not be eligible however if a household of 4 that contains 2 illegal wage earners would be eligible as their countable income would be $1300. We are an agency that states we do not discrimanate across the board however this type of case does not support that value. How is this fair and equal?
