I am in favor of the amendment with some specific guidelines as to sexually explicit or sensitive material.  Also, it seems parental notification needs to be stressed as some educators seem to be ignoring the existing regulation.  There are those for certain who think they know best for their students and have circumvented that policy.  It is those educators who make it necessary to consider such legislation which is unfortunate for the vast majority who do their job with great "sensitivity" and conformity with existing regulations.
