Obvious rejection to poor legislation

When legislators and political representatives make decisions in matters regarding the education of our children, I strongly urge that they deliberate more carefully on the decisions being made. Teachers are much more qualified to know what is best for the advancement of young people's education than any representative would be. Moreover, it is quite obvious that sound education focuses on objectivity in material rather than subjectivity. We are educating our children as investment for a better future, not to propagate the beliefs of a group of people. To  allow for such legislation to become implemented would be dealing a significant blow to the future state of our society-- and those who would look back on it would certainly not remember it favorably.
