Substandard training pathway, dental assistants have to dental hygiene and education, dental hygiene is not just scaling it’s a very comprehensive examination of gum, soft tissue, teeth- it’s a complete oral health care that effects the systemic disease also. There is no quality or care with an assistant doing hygiene. It’s a supervised neglect and missed disease, we are playing with health of our community.
