DEQ’s job is to protect public health.

Broadening the diesel generator allowance will only contribute more unnecessary pollution thus putting Virginians - especially those living in areas with operational data centers - at higher risk. If DEQ does permit this change they need to have more stringent guidelines and not permit this allowance to tier 2 generators. Thank you.
