This increase will not help the shortage of nurses, the patient ratios, or work conditions. We need better support via regulations/laws that will enforce patient safety. How can organizations keep nurses at the bedside? How can we prevent the burnout? How can we tackle the rise of cost of living? These are just SOME of the topics we should be focused on.

I am absolutely against this increase.
