The fact that you are even considering increasing the fees for nurses to renew their licenses at all let alone by such large percentages says a lot about those that make these decisions. Are you really going to increase the cost when there is still a shortage? What is the increase based on? Are we going to be getting 60%more from our license? Are the ratios going to magically get better? How about our working conditions? The abuse that nurses receive, will that be better? Why would any one choose to work in Virginia over any other state?
