This is terrible policy. 

First--anthropogenic climate change is a fallacy. The one fact that puts the lie to it: the rate of sea level rise has not changed over the past 100+ years that it has been measured.  That right there says it all. 

Second--India and China are hugely increasing their reliance on fossil fules, all the while selling ridiculously expensive "green" energy equipment to us here and in the EU. We're being played for chumps!

Third, bad policy seems to spread. You think Virginia is a leader? Prove it and lead us OUT of this green energy quagmire.
