Dear Governor,

Although you and some others may not to believe it, the science is overwhelming regarding the reality of climate change, and unfortunately addressing the problem will involve investments in alternative sources.  But just sticking heads in the sand, pretending it's not the existential threat that it is and justifying efforts to leave RGGI because it may increase utility rates by $2.39 is not only misguided but just makes the problem more difficult for our children and grandchildren to try to solve.  Virginia should be one of those states doing the right thing and setting the right example.
