Gentlemen:

It is not advisable for the state of Virginia to enter into The Regional Greenhouse Initiative.

This is a bad idea for business and residents. Similar plans have been enacted in Europe with terrible results. Save the citizens of Virginia from the same fate that New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and a host of other states have accepted and avoid approval of this nonsensical scheme that will achieve nothing to improve the environment, but cause misery to the people of Virginia.
