I support Governor Glenn Youngkin's decision to put in motion the steps to withdraw Virginia from the Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative. CO2 is the "gas of life."  Plants breathe it in and exhale oxygen.  The planet needs both elements for all life forms to survive.  Man's efforts to lower CO2 will only harm the environment.
