I FULLY SUPPORT Gov. Youngkins desire to WITHDRAW from The Regional Greenhouse Gas Initiative (RGGI). I consider this a TAX on Virginians. It is known that this CARBON TAX has already cost us (VIRGINIANS) $500 MILLION in two years and is projected to cost another$300 MILLION in 2023.       I STRONGLY SUPPORT EXITING THIS SCHEME.
