I welcome any amendment to the law which increases my freedom as a law abiding citizen in the Commonwelath of Virginia and our great country.  CHP holders are statistically, one of the most law abiding groups in the Commonwealth.  We tend to go out of our way to ensure that we are carrying our firearms lawfully and that other facets of our lives are handled in a lawful manner, as we do not want to lose our right to firearms because of a crime conviction.

I would like to see this amendment passed and made into law.
