I am a strong believer in the 2nd Ammendment. I also believe that responsible gun owners that have a concealed carry permit should be able to carry a firearm for self-defense whenever and where needed. This includes state and national parks and forests. I urge you to please amend your Administrative Code and to support the Second Amendment righs of law-abiding Virginians as myself.
