The proposed amendment to allow concealed carry permit holders to enter Virginia State Forests armed should be excepted as written.  I am a retired law enforcement officer and I believe that the laws that keep good citizens from being armed have no effect on those people they are intended to target, the criminal.  They only affect the law abiding, sometimes even causing them to be victims.  I also believe that is Constitutionally the right of the law abiding citizen to be armed.
