As a Concealed Carry Permit Holder in the CommonWealth of Virginia, I recommend accepting the proposed change to allow CCP Holders to exercize their 2nd ammendment rights and allow legal self defence.  I believe that CCP holders are law abiding and will not increase danger to wildlife, habitat, or other visitors to the state forests.  This will also bring the state forests into alignment with current federal park regulations.
