Goals of Regulation |
To protect public health and/or safety with the least costs and intrusiveness to the citizens and businesses of the Commonwealth. To establish consistent procedures and requirements for the issuance of VPDES permits to discharge pollutants in storm water from industrial activity in order to effectuate the proper and comprehensive protection of state waters. |
