| Description | These regulations govern the administration of the Senior Citizens Higher Education Program. The program was passed by the General Assembly in 1974 to permit Virginians sixty years of age and older to take advantage of Virginia’s vast higher education resources by allowing them to attend state-supported colleges and universities without having to pay tuition charges. |
