| Board Description: | This now abolished Health Planning Board was once authorized by Section 32.1-122.02 of the Code of Virginia to, among other things, supervise and provide leadership for the statewide health planning system and to provide technical expertise in developing health policy. Since 2002, by operation of law, its regulations are effectively considered regulations of the Board of Health until such time as the latter amends them. |
