| Action Summary |
The purpose of this action is to provide more comprehensive protection to employees in construction and general industry work zones exposed to vehicular and equipment traffic covered by ยงยง1910.269(p)(1)(ii), 1926.601(b), 1926.602 (a)(9)(ii), and 1926.952(a)(3), and to provide the same degree of protection to employees in similar working conditions where vehicles and machinery with obstructed views to the rear are operating and are not otherwise covered by the above regulations. |
