With the Virginia Supreme Court ruling, with regard to the Northern Virginia Transportation Authority imposing fees and taxes on citizens without being elected by the citizens, what right does this "non-elected" body have to impose such "fees and fines" on us, the towing community, without being elected by the citizens of this state to do so. 

I think if everyone that has a tow truck in this state parked that truck for one day to make a point then the politicians might take notice of our concerns.    Maybe if they could see the fees and costs passed on to every consumer that breaks down they might realize how much this will really cost not us but anyone that breaks down and needs help.
