I believe these proposed regulations are mostly unneeded. With all of the chalenges we in small business face today I think these proposed rules are going to make it very hard for some of to continue.

If this board is going to continue and have any hope of having support from the majority of operators in the state, then they are going step back and look at what they have created and take input from all of us. If that means the process is slowed further or stopped, so be it.

The fees need to reasonable and reflect the size of the operation. Also I think the drivers license should be done away with. LIcense the operators and let him use his judgement about hiring drivers.

The education requirments should  be the same for all towers and sould be good for at least 3 years.

ALL TOWERS NEED TO STAY INVOLVED!
