I support the efforts of the Shenandoah Riverkeeper and Potomac Riverkeeper's efforts to change the SWPPP and to make themn available to the general public for examination. This request is a sincere effort to protect our natural resources from damaging pollution. 

We must realize that it is the nature of the development community to fight against such changes. However, the need is present and the time to act is now.
