"shall not be infringed" pretty much sums it up. Possession of a firearm anywhere a citizen wants to is a great thing.
To those who say that they "fear" handguns: My choice to bear a firearm, be it under concealment or not, does not infringe upon any other person's rights. The moment I use that firearm in an illegal manor is when someone's rights are violated and there are already laws on the books that cover that eventuality. (Murder, Assault, etc.)
Murder is murder regardless of the weapon: gun, car, knife, fist.
