Oppose this new regulation regarding dog hunting

This new regulation in no way will control a dog were a dog goes. The hunter cannot control where the dog goes or who's property the dog is on. Yes GPS collars do help with keeping up as to where the dog may be headed. But they do not stop the dog from running and hunting wild game. If the goal of this regulation is to help landowners stop digs from coming onto their property it won't. It will just put a undo financial burden on hunters. An as this occurs and future generations stop carrying on the tradition of dog hunting.  As the population continues to grow an more and more wild animals are forced out of their natural habitats. They will become nuisance animals and potentially putting people in harm's way. Especially small children.  People move to rual Virginia looking to escape the fast pace of larger city life. But it is unfair selfish to move and expect the life long generations of local residents to give up on the way of life that has been pasted down.
