I oppose this bill. This not an effort to support houndsman. This bill will create more conflict between landowners and hunters. Presents the opportunity to charge all abiding citizens with committing a crime. Let’s enforce the laws already in place. This bill does not represent the best interest of the person hunting with hounds.
