To be able to get a charge for your dog trespassing is beyond crazy to me!! Things happen like losing communication with the dog and when a dog is in pursuit of a piece of game it doesn't take log to get where the dog isn't supposed to be if you lose communication with the dog! Believe me us as houndsmen we don't want the dog over there anymore then you do if we can't kill the piece of game why would we want are dogs over there?? But stuff happens such as losing communication with the dog as mentioned already.  I'm a law abiding citizen and I think being able to get in trouble for a dog trespassing is beyond crazy! Please reconsider what yall are trying to do here it makes no sense at all!!
