Hunter's must control their animals, know where the hunt starts and where it ends. They should not have their animals on private property hunting and having to go on to that property to retrieve them. They should be in complete control of that animal and the people of the hunt keeping them off of private property.. it is most important for the animal safety of the hunters. It is most important for private property owners for their property and their animals. Therefore, if the hunters can control their dogs and control the hunt, I support this 100%
