As you all know as of jan. 1 2009 the general regs go into effect. new fees , equipment requirements , storage lot requirements,  etc...  funny thing is there are no requirements for trainning in the operation of equipment that is deemmed necessary to comply. This is the equvalent of requiring  hand guns with no trainning. The true agenda appears to be money and not safety. This is the problem with buracracy that is corruptly controlled.
