BTRO Wrong for Towing in Virginia

I have been in the towing and automotive industry for over half of a century, and I know this is just wrong!  No Virginia business should ever be subjected to such treatment, by the very  same government they pay taxes to.  There is regulation, penalties, as well as fees already in place to protect the public, as well as to protect towers from other towers who are less than professional or legal.  However these laws that could strengthen the intergity of the towing community go unenforced every day.  The countless dollars that have been wasted on this board, their office space, and their office furniture, would have been much better spent in education for law enforcement, so the current rules already in place could be turned into standard practice.  I find it amazing how little trust towers thru out Virginia have in this board and it's members.  The very idea of another tower regulating my business is not only suspicious to me, it is also absurd.  If this board continues to legislate and regulate the towing industry with little concern for anyone but them selves and their personal businesses, I fear the ultimate result with be devestating to police towing as well as public towing.  What will happen to local municipalities and private consumers when they call for a wrecker will be tragic, and falls squarley on the shoulders of this wreckless self serving board.
