The people who take care of my 58 year old autistic non-verbal son , who understands well but who needs constant oversight and care, deserve a raise - which is long over-due.  The staff is devoted and dedicated, but will enroll in other jobs if their salary is not raised and if they don't realize that they are appreciated.
