CRi strongly recommends utilizing the FMAP funding as a "Bridge" until the "Rate Rebase" is funded.  Providers desperately need this additional funding to build and maintain their workforce.  CRi has been severely impacted by the on-going Workforce Crisis especially among the direct care staff.  The staffing crisis is real.

Please develop a payment system for these funds that will be simple to implement.
