Fairfax- Falls Church Community Board Services agrees and supports all the comments to date below:

1. Compensate providers quarterly, and repeat this process subsequently each quarter until the end date of March 31, 2022.

2. Consider extending FMAP funding from a (1) year period to (3) years. This will assist with increasing the minimum wage in fiscal year 2022, until rebased rates are available.

3. Request for outlined guidance of required documentation, to help ensure providers are meeting all CMS requirements.                                                                                                                                                                         
4. Allow more staffing and resource flexibilities around the use of FMAP funding, to help address issues and needs pertaining to program operations.
