Please appropriate FMAP funding toward Agency Directed Care Providers. All Agency Directed Care Providers should see a 10% increase in the reimbursement rate via FMAP funding to help offset the substantial increase in minimum wage. Unlike other service based industries, Agency Directed Care Providers cannot increase their reimbursement costs on their own as the reimbursement rate is dictated by the Commonwealth. This has placed a financial hardship on Agencies and further more has prohibited Agencies to hire qualified staff at a competitive wage to serve the citizens of the Commonwealth.

Please help us support the elderly and disabled in our communities and keep them at home where they feel most comfortable. A 10% increase in reimbursement is a must in order to keep our doors open and serve these citizens in the Commonwealth.
