Minimum wage increased by $2.25 and the reimbursement rate increased by .92 cents use the money to even out the difference between 05/01/21 and 01/01/2022.  With that kind of one sided difference how are agencies expected to survive with the overhead costs it takes to run an agency. Mortgage/Rent, utilities, supplies, compensation, and staffing salaries, to name a few.

Since the wage increase and the effects of the pandemic many businesses like fast food are trying to hire with above minimum wage rates. Agencies can not offer competitive wages with the reimbursement rate at it's current number. Please use this money to help agencies continue to take assist our most vulnerable.
