Attendants work so hard to provide a safe and caring environment for the Medicaid Recipients. My son has multiple disabilities, is non-verbal and has bipolar disorder. We need to provide attendants with a living wage of AT LEAST $15 per hour (it should be $20). The VirginIa Medicaid program should want to provide the most qualified individuals to care for our disabled. Thank you !
