I support strong protections for workers at risk of heat-related illness. I have experienced how easily  heat exhaustion can creep up on a person.  Not only is the illness a risk, but if it affects a person who is operating equipment, dangerous mistakes can result.  Prevention is lest costly as well as more humane.
