Please move forward with legislation to ensure that outdoor and indoor workers are protected from illness-causing excessive heat. Strong standards are needed to protect construction crews, farm laborers and other at-risk workers. We need regulations that outline standards for access to water, breaks, training and air conditioning in employer-provided housing. Thank you for your leadership in protecting workers.
