1. Telehealth- This change has shown to have a positive impact for the individuals and their supports during the COVID-19 pandemic. Telehealth allowance will provide additional opportunities to reach and provide a wider range of quality services.

2. 180 day initial service authorization- This restricted initial authorization will inevitably lead to discontinuity in services. Please consider returning the initial service authorization to be for the duration of the ISP year. 

3. SIS- Obtaining the SIS for Therapeutic Consultation can be difficult and we are reliant on others to obtain it. Please provide easier access for us if required to have in our files. 

4. Please provide examples of "in kind" paperwork. I have understood this to be contact notes, quarterlies, disposition summaries, etc. However, with quarterly graphs being required, is this still considered "in kind"?
