Limiting reimbursement to  344 days a year  does not reflect an accurate account of services provided in residential sponsored homes. Most individuals do not have friends or family to visit outside the residential  placement at all and never spend the night away anywhere. Our individuals have not been with anyone else besides respite providers in 13 years . So we are working 21 days a year without pay there is no other profession in the world that would be expected and in  any other job it  would actually  be illegal. this needs to be intensely  revisited and corrected.
