I wrinting to inform of my personnel recerational use several times yearly
of the James, Shenandoah, and Cowpasture Rivers in Va. I believe that the
use of Polutry Litter is causing terrible conditions in the Rivers I've
enjoyed in the past. This misuse needs to be stopped now so we may all
continue to enjoy this valualbe resourse in the future.
