Stop changing election laws and regulations: WE ARE IN AN ELECTION NOW!  The NFL does not re-write the rules for P.A.T. in the second quarter of a game.

The voters are confused and so are the election officials.  We have training, and material requirements with lead times, and legal obligations to publicly announce our schedules, and we cannot do any of that when the goal posts are moving.
